Thanks for the replies, but the baseplate of the trem is already hitting the body, so even if i get the studs lower, the baseplate would still be the problem.

I need advice regarding a soloist with a non recessed wilkinson and the 620mod. I am done assambling it now and besides some minor issues with electronics (tone does work as a volume) and the pickups are not mounted that well, but I guess I can fiy that myself - it is working pretty great. But...

Hmm, now I am baffled. On the picture in the first post it says internal 16 ohm speaker and the left jack saying 1x16 is checked - I understood it that way. And since he is (at least on the picture) only running the internal speaker it should be the left jack, shouldn't it? I understand rhat...

Are you using the middle jack right now for the internal speaker? As fas as I understood it, you have to use the left one saying 1x16 ohm if you are using the internal speaker only. At least I would understand the manual like that.

Why not use some kind of metal from the local toolstore? I guess you could get some aluminum or stainless steel or brass, sand the fretboard perfectly flat and glue it onto it. After sanding the edges you could try to round the metal to your desired radius and you should end up, at least in...
