It’s a jaw-dropper for sure! The wenge neck feels incredibly slick. I can’t honestly remember at what grit I finally sanded it to. It’s at least 800 grit though. I do remember just sitting and watching a TV program for about an hour while I was also sanding back and forth with the final grit...

You can download from Warmoth a template for the Cabronita pickguard and check and see what adjustments might be necessary. You can also get Cabronita style pickguards with no pickup notches and cutout your own notch.

BTW… A mahogany P90 Tele should sound delicious! Love them P90’s.
I think you did, but I wanted to be sure. The Wilde Pickup wire colors are different. I had their green and red coil tap wires accidentally reversed in the first try. There was no sound on P2 & P4. Once I connected them correctly… BOOM! All is now well in switching land!
