I'm considering retrofitting some Luminlay side dots on an existing Warmoth neck(s), but I'm not sure what diameter dots I should order. Does anyone know what size the standard side dots are on a Warmoth neck? Is it advisable to install the same size as that or is it recommended to size up?

I've had a couple of guitars with nickel humbuckers and they enevitably start to look really nasty. I try to be disciplined and wipe them down after every use which definitely helps but is not 100%. So my question to you guys is what do you do to keep them clean, shiny, and polished?
