Like a vintage modern Baritone neck. Would be nice for my next build!

Got this awesome quarter sawn1-3/4 neck today but due to the fretwork I have to have it refretted before I can use it. Fret beveling gone bad. 4 times the normal size than normal beveling!!! Look at the image and you see why.

What i mean is a neck made by using a shaft made of two pieces of flat sawn maple with a quarter sawn center piece with the center piece slightly wider ! This would make it feasible to use a lightweight vintage style truss rod  and get that cool resonant old school tone and still have a stiff...
